Today's post is a super quick one! I'm sure you've all heard me talking about getting active lately, so when I saw the #30daysofyoga challenge on Amy's (from She Cooks, She Eats) instagram, it felt like perfect timing! I absolutely love yoga for stretching out and dealing with stress, and I've always had my eye out for a good at home system, but never really came across something I enjoy.
I've already done the first few days, and I'm honestly really excited about them. I'm feeling good afterwards and the next day I feel like I've actually worked out. I really enjoy Adriene's way of doing things, which helped me relax about "doing things perfectly" (it evens helps me persevere when my buddha belly is getting in the way!)
All the videos are completely different, and there's also a large selection of other videos available on Adriene's page which I'm looking forward to checking out. Just FYI, I started on June 1st but I can see that these videos were uploaded months ago, so they are intended to start at any time!
