You are not alone...[12daysofblogmas]

Good evening my sweet lovelies,

To bring the 12 days of blogmas to a close, I have an extremely important message...

Unfortunately not everyone, has supportive and/or caring family and friends around at this time. And Christmas can be stressful and painful at the best of times. I still regularly take panic attacks leading up to, and on Christmas Day. For anyone who is struggling the wonderful Kellie has regularly been supplying us all woth details for support networks.

If you are struggling, count this as me telling you, you are worth it, and it will get better.
